• This voucher can be redeemed only at Khanna Jewellers stores in Karol Bagh & South Extension, New Delhi.
• The voucher is to be redeemed in full against the single purchase and no cash refunds or reimbursement in part or full are possible.
• The voucher has to be presented in original for redemption and Khanna Jewellers is not responsible for the loss or theft of the voucher.
• The voucher can only be redeemed by the nominee mentioned on the voucher.
• All the details in the voucher must be filled and signed.
• All other conditions of the sale of the store apply.
• The voucher is not transferable in full or in part and must be presented in person by the nominee.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. Your order will be processed within 2–3 business days and shipped through our trusted courier partners. Delivery time depends on your location, though we aim to deliver within 5–7 business days.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

We provide a hassle-free buy-back and exchange policy. If you wish to exchange your jewellery, please bring it to our store along with the original receipt. You can choose to either exchange it for another piece or get a buy-back value based on current market rates.
