RETURN POLICY
Khanna Jewellers Private Limited is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, as well as providing reliable security measures and efficient customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order.
NOTE: In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchange of our products. We accepts returns or exchanges that can only be made physically at the store.
7- days Return Policy for Domestic orders only : If, by any chance, the delivered order is in a damaged condition or does not meet your expectations, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, and receive a refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address and return it to us.
RETURN CHARGES
For domestic orders within India, our courier partner will collect the product from the provided address at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
- To initiate the refund process, customers should contact Khanna Jewellers customer support at +91-11-45910000 or +91-8527723988, or write to customercare@khannajeweller.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Customers should wait for confirmation from us before returning the product.
- All products must be returned in their original, unaltered, and unused condition, and customers should include the invoice or guarantee card in the return package. Please note that returns without the necessary documentation will not be processed.
NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
REFUND
Domestic Order:
We will initiate the refund process as soon as we receive the returned product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags and invoice. If these conditions are not met, a refund may not be possible. Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your bank account. For domestic orders, we offer a 100% refund. The refunded amount will be processed within 7-15 working days after we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse.
International Order:
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer refunds for international orders.
