SHIPPING POLICY

In order to make a purchase above Rs. 50,000, customers must provide a government-recognized document in the manner specified by Khanna Jewellers at the time of placing the order. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the order.

For all domestic shipments exceeding Rs. 2 lakh in value, customers will be required to enter their PAN card number, and the billing name must match the name on the PAN card. Otherwise, the PAN card will not be verified, and the customer will not be able to proceed with the order.
